The book is about how she manages to prove her parents and accepted as one of the most pre-eminent spices. But she knows how to find her way, she manages to get into an elite gang of teenage spices as that was her dream but she did this against her parent's wishes. But due to some incident happened in past her parent suddenly wants her to have a normal life. As a kid where most of the children have carefree lives ,she was taught to solve anagrams, numeric codes and given Krav Mega training. Young Samira who is the protagonist of the story lives with her grandmother as both her parents are always on run being an elite intelligence RAW agent. All other characters in the story as they appear are well placed and fit wonderfully well in the story, nothing looks out of place. Readers can empathise with Samira's struggle and her deep desire.
